Dear Friends and Neighbors,
I hope you had a wonderful Easter holiday with friends and family. I know the sunshine and time spent with my family did me a world of good as we enter the last month of the 2013 legislative session. This week should be an interesting one as we’re hearing that the bipartisan Senate Majority Coalition Caucus in the state Senate may be ready to introduce the session’s first complete budget proposal.
