Rep. Joe Schmick talks with KONA Radio about L&I fines against Pullman fast-flood rescue

Speaking on KONA Radio's “The Bottom Line” with Robb Francis and Ed Dawson, 9th District Rep. Joe Schmick, R-Colfax, said he was “livid” when he learned the state Department of Labor and Industries fined the City of Pullman for safety violations when it used a front-end loader in April to rescue 22 people, including an infant, from a flash flood. Schmick wants L&I to apologize and refund the money to Pullman.
