Criminal penalties for the intentional transmission of HIV should not be reduced, Rep. Schmick tells KONA

Rep. Joe Schmick, R-Colfax, joins KONA Radio's Robb Francis to explain Republican opposition to a bill that would significantly reduce the penalty for intentionally infecting another person with HIV. Schmick also talks about possible legislative fights ahead related to comprehensive K-12 sex education and using “qui tam” provisions to file workplace lawsuits.
