Joe Schmick, R-Colfax, discusses bad legislation which passed in the House including House Bill 1837 which will impact businesses in Washington state and House Bill 1770 which will increase the cost of housing, as well as bad legislation which died after the house of origin cutoff including HB 1692 which would reduce penalties for drive by shootings and House bill 1838 which would impact land owners and farmers.
