Capitol Report with Rep. Schmick: Opposing new gun restrictions and higher costs

Rep. Joe Schmick, R-Colfax, discusses concerns over recent legislation passed by the majority party, including a gun control bill requiring permits and training, which he and other House Republicans believe is unconstitutional and likely to face legal challenges. He also addresses Washington’s growing affordability crisis, criticizing recently passed bills on gas taxes and rent control, among others.
